The Territory

We are located in the antique and rough heart of the Oltrepo Pavese, where the plain of the Po gradually makes way to the hills.
The culture of the wine-yards is millenary, favoured both by the calcareous and clayey ground and by the most similar Mediterranean climate.
Small towns and farm-houses peep from the bottom of the valley and from the slopes filled with wine yards.

In the most inner part of the hills, the view is dominated by antique towers that represent the major reason of interest.

A vary itinerary from a landscape point of view, but very tied up to the traditions, where the pleasures of the cuisine and a very familiar hospitality are still at the center of every day life.

The territory offers infinite curiosities to discover such as fortresses, castles and antique residences through which you can discover the secrets that history eagerly enclosed. It is suitable for all seasons: from the delicate beauty of spring time to the bright green colours of summer, from the golden shades of autumn to the winter fog that softens the contours composing unreal imagery.
